What is a Piano Party?
A piano party is a unique opportunity to learn in a group setting and practice performing for others in a friendly environment, with snacks!
In addition to performing, students get to know one another better through fun musical games and activities. They also get the chance to hear their instructors play for them, providing inspiration and offering advice to growing musicians.
For the Kids:
Expect lots of fun for both the kids and parents!
Adults:
A special wine and cheese party is the perfect way to get comfortable performing for others! See the "For Adult's Only" page for more info!

For a successful Piano Party experience:
✔️Pick a piece you'd like to play
✔️Practice that piece everyday
✔️Get your halloween costume ready if it’s in October!
✔️Remember to bring your piano books with you to the party
✔️Bring along friends and family you'd like to be there as well!
What to expect at your first party
- We start off the party by introducing students and instructors in a fun and musical way!
- Then you'll participate in a group activity. In the past we’ve done the following activities: rhythm review, creating and performing musical stories, Halloween fill-in-the blank sing-a-long, musical games and more for the kids.
- Students will be asked to perform a piece they have prepared with their teacher during their weekly lesson.
- Then it's the teachers turn to perform for the students!
- Snacks and discussion follow to conclude the party!

The kids party will be about 45 to 50 minutes.
The adults party will be about 50 minutes to an hour.
Does my child have to stay through the adult party?
No, the adult party is just for the adults :)
Can we bring our friends?
YES! We’d love for your friends and family to come and see what you’ve been working on.
How can I find out when the next party will be?
We schedule two parties a year, one in the fall and one in the early spring. We will post the date, time, and location to the calendar. You'll also receive an email from us with the details. In addition, your teacher will let you know during the lesson as a piano party approaches. Follow us on social media for the inside scope!
Should I RSVP?
Yes, we’d like to know how much food we should provide for the party! Also, you’ll want to make sure you get a spot, they fill up fast!
Is it free to go?
Yes, this unique opportunity is absolutely free, so enjoy! We only offer it two times a year!
