What's a master class you say? Well, it's a class led by a Master Teacher (or teachers) to aid music students acquire the technical and artistic skills important to playing the piano! This collegiate inspired course is a unique opportunity available to adult students once a month and only offered at our school! She loves playing famous classics like Bach's Minuet, the Brahms lullaby, and Beethoven's Ode to Joy. She also really enjoys playing duets with her teacher from the Faber & Faber level 1 book series. Dorsa's technique has improved greatly over the last few months. She's been working hard to keep her hands in a round hand shape while playing and staying in position through an entire piece. Her finger independence has also become a lot stronger and confident when she plays. Dorsa will be playing a duet with her teacher at our upcoming piano recital on June 9th! We look forward to hearing it! Keep up the good work Dorsa, we're proud of you!
