Qualify for a Courtesy Make-up Lesson in One Easy Step
For students with lessons on Monday-Friday:
Simply email, or call the office by 12 NOON on the day of your lesson to let us know you can’t attend your lesson and request a Courtesy Make-up Lesson.
For students with lessons on Saturday:
Simply email or call the office by 4 PM on Friday, the day before your lesson, to let us know you can’t attend your lesson and request a Courtesy Make-up Lesson.
Who do I notify to qualify for a Courtesy Make-up Lesson in ONE EASY STEP?

ALERT: DO NOT call, email, or text your teacher. This does not qualify you for a CML. Only the office has FULL access to our scheduling system and knows ALL available make-up lesson openings. We will notify your teacher.
Absences and Make-up Lessons (the nitty gritty):
Tuition
Tuition is paid in advance for all programs and based on enrollment, not attendance. Your tuition reserves your weekly lesson time and membership in the school. The time of your lesson has been reserved and is unavailable to any other student. Your teacher is in the studio and committed to instruct at that time. Therefore, tuition is neither reduced nor refunded due to missed lessons by the student.
Students are charged for 4 lessons on the 1st of every month via recurring payments on a Visa, Mastercard or Discover card.
Every student pays for and is scheduled for 48 lessons per year. Although tuition is paid monthly, in 4-lesson installments, it is not calculated by the number of lessons in the month. Some months have five (5) lessons and others as few as three (3). Regardless, your monthly tuition installment remains the same and covers four (4) of the 48 lessons for which you are scheduled in a year. Holiday closures have been calculated into the monthly tuition rate so no Courtesy Make-up Lessons are offered for holiday closures.
Special Promotion Tuition
Special Promotions are paid in full and not refunded for any reason.

- NO Courtesy Make-up Lesson is given, and your lesson is forfeited if you do not notify the office as outlined in our One Easy Step (see above).
- Courtesy Make-up Lessons, with your teacher, are not guaranteed. If your teacher’s schedule is completely booked or if you are not available for openings on their schedule, you will have the opportunity to take your Courtesy Make-up Lesson with another teacher.
- There are no Courtesy Make-up Lessons for missed Courtesy Make-up Lessons. Courtesy Make-up Lessons cannot be rescheduled.
- Once enrolled, you are financially responsible for your weekly lesson, regardless of whether you attend.
